Mr. Rubin is an experienced financial professional and serial entrepreneur possessing a unique combination of fund raising, financial reporting and strategic expertise in the specialty finance, alternative asset (private equity and hedge funds) and healthcare industries.

Mr. Rubin is the Founder and CEO of Mint Legal Funding (“MLF”) a litigation finance company. Mr. Rubin also leads Mint Legal Advisors (“MLA”), a division of MLF. MLA advises plaintiffs engaged in business lawsuits that are seeking non-recourse funding as a means to pursue their claims against larger, more well-capitalized defendants. Advisory clients retain MLA to provide them with their advantaged access and superior economic relationships with the largest commercial tort funding resources nationally. MLA works with plaintiffs and their counsel to best position their desired financing, match them with the best financing source for their needs and negotiate the terms of their financing.

MLF also provides consumer litigation funding by providing cash advances to consumer plaintiffs with pending personal injury lawsuits. Cash Advances are secured on a non-recourse basis and are predicated for repayment from the settlement proceeds upon case suit resolution.

Mr. Rubin has arranged fundings in the litigation financing area approaching $100 million in total funds provided. Mr. Rubin is the inventor and owner of several patents, has held multiple FINRA licenses and has practiced as a CPA earlier in his professional career.
